GREG THOMPSON

Managing Director

With 32 years in the civil and Agricultural construction industry, Greg has gained the experience necessary to successfully oversee and deliver large scale, complex water and wastewater projects from concept and design through to construction, commissioning, and close-out.

As Managing Director, Greg is known for a strategic and focused approach with an aim to limit risk, establish creative strategies for optimising operations, financial returns, external customer service and quality outputs with a focus on client support.

MICHAEL THOMPSON

Business Development & Project Management

A civil and mechanical specialist with extensive experience in the design, construction and project management of water and wastewater related infrastructure including pipelines, pump stations and treatment facilities.

Michael manages our projects from tendering through to final commissioning. Michael believes in developing an understanding of a potential client’s key challenges, concerns, and needs; and structuring and managing proposals accordingly to ensure the best possible result for all stakeholders involved is achieved with any individual project.

MATTHEW THOMPSON

Operations & Procurement

As Operations and Procurement Manager, Matthew oversees the management of our retail division and the purchasing of goods and services for both our civil and agricultural departments. Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring all materials and services are acquired at the best price, quality and time.

Matthew is adept at successfully navigating a wide range of complex equipment delivery challenges and implementing the learnings gained for the benefit of future projects.

RACHEL THOMPSON-MURRAY

Project Controls Manager and Administration Manager

Rachel has over 30 years of experience working in the agricultural and civil construction industry on infrastructure projects in financial, administrative, project management and sales capacities.

In her role as Project Controls Manager, Rachel oversees contracts, project costs, schedules and risks to keep the project within budget and on time, maximising benefits for all parties involved. As Administration Manager, Rachel oversees and performs all administrative and financial related activities for the company.

Rachel possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills and has proven herself to be an integral member of any project delivery team.

DOUG WALKER

Project Construction Supervisor

A Construction Supervisor with over twelve years’ hands-on experience, Doug has the necessary skills required to supervise complex projects from planning through to construction, commissioning and close out. By providing effective and goal-orientated leadership, combined with an extensive knowledge of the civil, water and wastewater industries, Doug can consistently deliver on time, successful projects without compromising on safety or quality.

Doug is our on-site HSR and is responsible for the WHS management of our sites ensuring a safe worksite is maintained in line with our management systems.

JUSTIN ALLAN and MADISON FORBES

Retail Sales

With a combined 17 years experience in retail in the agricultural industry, Justin and Madison are available in store to assist customers with product sales, service and information.

GARRY SAYWELL, TONY GRANT

Fabrication & Workshop

TI realise the importance of providing our customers with on time delivery of required project manufactured parts and a reliable breakdown service. With this in mind our workshop has been developed around this concept. We have a strong commitment to ensuring quality fabrication and repairs and getting the client up and running as soon as possible after any breakdown.

Our workshop is fully equipped with lathes, milling machines, large steel plate fabrication facilities and welding equipment to carry out all necessary pump and pipework repairs and fabrication.

CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Mick Millar, Brad Moriarty, Brendan, Moriarty, Travis Woods, Ky Thompson, Shane Ragozat

Our civil construction team specialises in the process of building and maintaining large scale water infrastructure for potable water supply, sewage and drainage involving planning, excavation, pipe laying and testing.

Our agricultural construction team specialises in the installation of pipelines, pumps, pivot, hard hose and drip systems with a focus on water efficiency, sustainability and system repairs.

TI predominantly self-performs our works, utilising our experienced workforce of 20+ employees and our specialist fleet of plant and equipment to minimise construction delays.
